These Terms & Conditions apply to all recurring monthly membership plans offered by VALETIZE.

1. Membership Structure

1.1. Each membership provides a set number of Mini, Full, and/or Extreme valets allocated across a 12-month period.

1.2. Only one valet may be redeemed per calendar month, regardless of how many valets are included in your plan (e.g., Mini, Full or Extreme).

1.3. Members must select one service each month from their available valet types.

1.4. Valets cannot be rolled over monthly. If a month is missed, it is counted as unused.

1.5. At the end of the 12-month membership term, if the member still has multiple valet types remaining (e.g., 1 Mini + 1 Full), the member may only redeem one of those in the final month. The remaining valet expires.

1.6. Engine-Bay Clean included in the Gold Plan can be used in any month.

2. Booking Requirements

2.1. Members must book valets at least 48 hours in advance.
2.2. Bookings are subject to availability; membership does not guarantee preferred time slots.
2.3. End-of-month bookings are not guaranteed. If no slots remain, the monthly valet is lost.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
3.2. Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice = valet marked as used.
3.3. No-shows (technician attends but the customer is unavailable) = valet marked as used.
3.4. Service may be refused if the vehicle is heavily soiled beyond the booked package, unsafe, or inaccessible.

4. Fair Usage Policy

4.1. Membership valets are designed for routine maintenance, not deep restoration.
4.2. Excessively dirty vehicles (pet hair, mould, stains, heavy spillages, embedded dirt) may incur extra costs or require an upgraded service.
4.3. To keep membership fair for all customers, the following time caps apply:

• Mini Valet: approx. 120–130 mins

• Full Valet: approx. 180–200 mins

• Extreme Valet: approx. 240–260 mins

4.4. We reserve the right to adjust or refuse services that exceed the reasonable scope of a maintenance valet.

5. Plan Duration & Billing

5.1. Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
5.2. Payments are non-refundable once charged.
5.3. Membership continues until cancelled.
5.4. Cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days before the next billing date.

6. Vehicle & Location Requirements

6.1. The vehicle must be legally parked and accessible.
6.2. A safe working area must be provided (driveway or suitable quiet street).
6.3. Keys must be available for full interior access.

7. Ceramic-Coated Vehicles

7.1. Ceramic-coated vehicles will always receive ceramic-safe products.
7.2. Customers must inform us if their vehicle has ceramic coatings, PPF, wraps, or sensitive aftermarket parts.
7.3. Failure to disclose this may result in reduced coating performance, for which we are not liable.

8. Weather Policy

8.1. We operate in light rain but reserve the right to reschedule during severe weather.
8.2. If rescheduling is necessary, we will offer the next available slot.
8.3. Weather delays do not extend the monthly valet allowance.

9. Membership Misuse

Membership may be suspended or terminated for:

• Repeated last-minute cancellations

• Abusive or threatening behaviour

• Unsafe working conditions

• Attempting to claim more than one valet per month

• Attempting to roll over unused valets

• Repeated no-shows​

​

10. Changes to Membership Plans

10.1. Prices, inclusions, and T&Cs may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
10.2. Continued membership use after updates = acceptance of changes.

​

11. Liability

11.1. While fully insured, we cannot be responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Poor paint conditions

• Rust, lacquer peel, brittle trims

• Electrical faults due to prior water damage or leaks

11.2. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the valet.
